weeks.  Property Management requests are outsourced.

houses to appraise high dollar possessions, estate sales, charitable contribution of
trinkets of lower value, and cleaning/preparing the home for sale are just a few
things Ronda has experience coordinating.  This is a tough service, is very
hands-on, and the fee is determined on a case-by-case basis.  Pre-listing
timeframe is usually three weeks, during which time the house is advertised on
