to a seller's market, this advance notice may make the difference between the one you buy and the one you
missed out on. Some homes do sell before they ever get listed in the MLS.
What you should know:
Contact me first. When you go through a lender source first, you tie my hands and give someone else the
power to decide how I will serve you. You limit what I can do for you and the level of service that I can
provide. I have lender sources who want to work with me, and they work very hard for my clients in order to
make that happen. You are just one transaction to most lenders. You are one of my clients, to my lenders, and
they want to please you and also stay on my approved list.

Every good home search is customized to the buyer. Your likes and dislikes will be taken into account. I may
ask you more questions that you are used to. The more I know about you - the narrower our search field
becomes. Your time is valuable. I make every effort to get your home search narrowed down to only homes
that you would consider buying. The toughest part will be picking just one.

My mission as your agent:
To give your home sale the greatest chance of success. To build the buzz around your home before it ever
even gets into the MLS. To never have to tell a seller 'no' again, by offering them a tool that let's me say 'yes'.
The signs at the home, the flyers, the postcards and the website work together. The better the location of the
