About Coming Soon Homes
The idea for this website came in November, 2006 while I was sitting at a movie theatre with my family. Just as
movie trailers build the buzz about a movie coming to theatres soon, this website is meant to attract prospects
while a home is being readied for sale. By December, 2006, a website was born. The homes included on this
website are resale and new homes across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Some are listed with an agent under
'non-MLS' status. Agents are welcome to inquire unless specifically noted. Agents and builders are welcome to
send listings to Ronda for consideration for posting to this site. There is no fee for a 30-day posting to
comingsoonhomes.com, and there is a ridiculously reasonable sliding scale of fees for 60, 90, and 120 day
postings. The maximum length of time we will advertise a home on this site is 180 days. This site is a supplement
to the MLS, and not a replacement. It is one more element of a detailed marketing strategy.

Ronda Wise Allen runs comingsoonhomes.com. Ronda is a Certified Purchasing Manager and award winning
Realtor with Re/Max Dallas Suburbs. Some homes on this site have specific dates when they will be going live in
the local NTREIS MLS. Others are resale homes, new builder spec homes and build jobs that are available now,

Accomplishments/Awards
Ronda is a multi-year, multi-million dollar producer. She is also a life coach to new and established real estate
agents in the North Texas region (helping them achieve balance in their work and personal lives and maintain
